Federal Government Design
Our project design starts with understanding your mission and identifying the pragmatic design solutions to support that mission. We lead with a comprehensive approach to architecture, engineering, and planning, bringing 65+ years of experience to federal government design.
With DOE security clearances, we are qualified to support national security initiatives like secure communication systems and classified facilities. Our team, located strategically in Albuquerque close to Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) and Los Alamos National Laboratories (LANL), is adept at employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to facilitate the design, construction, and maintenance of complex facilities. These include clean rooms, controlled vibration and environmental testing laboratories, and secure facilities.
Our team follows the Nuclear Quality Assurance guidelines, and the DOD's Unified Facilities Criteria to ensure high quality and compliance with every project.
Our dedicated, in-house sustainability team designs solutions that lower your carbon footprint and operational costs. Through the 3AEGREEN Joint Venture, we have collaborated with our MEP engineering partners on over 1,000 projects since 2022. This partnership ensures facilities meet the Guiding Principles for Sustainable Federal Buildings – including integrated solar PV systems, energy-efficient infrastructure, and green building standards.
